In order to receive a treatment you must be over the age of 18

There is a £100 non-refundable booking fee charge to secure your slot

You must not be pregnant in order to receive treatment, and please allow 12 weeks post pregnancy breastfeeding
-
You do not have any history of herpes infection at the proposed procedure site
-
You do not have epilepsy, diabetes, hemophilia or other bleeding disorder
-
You do not have cardiac valve disease or suffer from any heart conditions or take medication that thins blood
-
If you suffer from hepatitis, or other risk factors for blood-borne pathogens exposure, or any other communicable disease, you have informed the technician
-
The services are allowed to be declined if doctors documentation is not presented when required. Not older than 24h prior treatment

You do not have any keloids, and you are not prone to keloid scarring

If you have previously had any Permanent Makeup/Microblading/Tattoo done over the treated area, please make sure to send over a clear photo before booking in and Kristine will let you know if she can work over the area. Failing to do so will result in forfeiting your booking fee

Please be prepared to heal for a minimum 2 weeks, including no sun exposure/sunbed, no heavy exercise or water contact. The treated area will begin to peel after several days, and an after care ointment will be provided to aid this process

Slight redness may occur, but this will subside shortly after your treatment

No children under the 16 are permitted to enter the building. NO EXCEPTION!
Policy
TREATMENTS

BOOKING FEE
A non-refundable £100 booking fee or full payments is required to book and secure every new appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment which is due the day of your appointment. Remaining balance must be paid in full. We accept cash and all credit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should your appointment need to be cancelled or rescheduled, it must be 72 hours prior to the appointment day. If cancelling or rescheduling of the same appointment occurs more than once, it will be treated the same as a cancelled/missed appointment and will be subjected to cancellation fees or declining of all future appointment requests. Booking fees are in no way transferable to another client. Everyone needs to comply and respect the cancelation policy and there will be no exceptions.

LATE OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS
We strongly encourage our clients to arrive 5 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Please familiarise yourself with our location HERE.
​Please contact us prior to your appointment time if you are going to be late. After 10 minutes, the appointment will be considered missed and your booking fee will be forfeited.
​A new booking fee will be required to reschedule your appointment. Additional missed appointments may be subject to cancellation fees or declining of all future appointment requests.

BEFORE & AFTER PHOTOGRAPHS
Kristine will photograph their work before and after the treatment for many reasons including client records, insurance purposes, and social media. Before photographs are also necessary to assess the healed results during the perfecting session. We recognize the importance of protecting our client’s privacy and edit the photos to display only the treated area. Client may waive Before & After photos from being utilised on social media.

RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED
Healed results will vary with each individual client. The final shape is completely your decision, and the treatment will not begin until you approve the shape. While strictly adhering to the aftercare instructions is crucial, we have no control over the healing process and make NO GUARANTEES of how the healed results will look. The average two treatments is enough to obtain a natural result. Individuals who are looking for a more intense result, must understand that it may require additional sessions (charged accordingly).

APPOINTMENTS
Every client has the responsibility to make sure all future touch-ups are booked in time and accordingly within the time frame specified by KD. Permanent Makeup Artist and not after their own will.

PREVIOUS PERMANENT MAKEUP
If you have had your lips/eyebrows previously tattooed or microbladed and are interested in a cover-up/re-work, you MUST email or send a clear photo to kristinedicapmu@gmail.com or Instagram @kd.pmuartist PRIOR to booking your appointment. We cannot guarantee results for cases such as these and we must approve that your lips/eyebrows are workable. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

PRICING
Prices are non-negotiable!
Please note that prices are subject to change overtime. We will always honor the pricing that was applicable at the time the client booked their appointment.

NO CHILDREN OR ANYONE UNDER 16
Children are not allowed to enter in the building and in the treatment area. Failing to comply will result in your booking session to be cancelled with immediate effect and without any refund issued. Due to the nature of our detailed artistic services, we kindly request that you respect our no guest policy.
PMU Training Course Cancellation Policy

Booking Fee and Payment Requirement:

A non-refundable booking fee or full payment is required to secure your slot for the PMU training course.

The booking fee ensures your reservation and covers administrative costs.

Payment Deadline:

Full payment of the course fee must be completed at least 7 days prior to the scheduled course date.

Failure to complete the payment by this deadline will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable booking fee, and your reservation will be canceled.

Non-Refundable Policy:

The booking fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.

Rescheduling:

In cases of unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling may be allowed at the discretion of the organizer. However, this must be requested at least 14 days prior to the original course date. Any rescheduling requests made after this period will be treated as a cancellation.

By enrolling in the course and paying the booking fee or full amount, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
